So this project turned out well :)

We got all the way to July 7th! haha. On a late night during a cushy outpatient GI week, here's my attempt to ACLS this little blog of ours. Here are some pics from a river boat tour I went on last weekend. Hope everyone's doing well!

Nights

So the first 3 nights of my intern year have been pretty insane.

I have already:
-Had a patient code (thank goodness it was a couple hours after he was transferred to the ICU)
-Had a patient with an MI (who was already an inpatient)
-Been paged a billion times for: insomnia, anxiety, pain, and fevers
-Cried (luckily after I got home)

I have not yet:
-Gotten used to being called "Dr. Thomas"

In other news, Jeremy and I moved into a new house! He has already built a fence, we bought a new tv, and spent tonight painting the office. Pretty fun stuff. Hope you all are doing well!

Geez... gotta love your obsession with technology and group google/blogging, etc. I have simply wished away my last weekend of freedom with home projects and moving the Thomases (sp) to their new house today... i don't want to start real life. Especially without a paycheck for a month! Do you guys get paid more often than that? More later... 

by the way... I do need new music to get through a month of ICU...
